Delete your account

This page is for people who no longer have the app installed, or cannot open it. If the app is still on your device, doing it there is faster.
Option 1 — in the app (fastest)
Settings → Account → Delete account. A confirmation dialog states exactly what is removed; once confirmed, server-side data is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — request by email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete account", including:
- The email address you used to sign in to Lunaya.
- A confirmation line: "I request deletion of my Lunaya account and all associated data."
The request must come from that same email address — that is how we verify it, and it is why we do not ask you for any further documentation.
What is deleted

Data on your device is not touched. Deleting the account only ends backup and sync; to remove local data, uninstall the app or delete individual events and notes inside it.
We retain no copies after deletion, other than our infrastructure provider's technical backups, which expire within 30 days.
Timeline
Within 30 days of receiving the request. We reply to confirm once deletion is complete.
