These terms cover Clipnemi downloaded from this website. The publisher is VanVo Labs; the copyright holder is named below. Copies obtained through the Mac App Store are also governed by Apple’s applicable store terms and Standard EULA.
Free use and license
You may install and use an unmodified copy of this free utility for personal or business use on Mac devices you own or control. This is a non-exclusive license, not a transfer of ownership. It does not grant rights to third-party content, trademarks or the publisher’s source code beyond rights separately granted. Open source component licenses remain effective and take precedence for their respective components.
Your data and lawful use
You retain your rights to your clipboard materials; the publisher does not claim ownership of them. Use the app only with material you are entitled to copy and process. You are responsible for permissions, confidentiality obligations and applicable laws. Do not present modified copies as official Clipnemi releases or use the app to infringe another person’s rights.
Local storage and recovery limits
Clipnemi is a history utility, not a file backup service. Capture is subject to OS access, item limits, storage limits and source app behavior; not every clipboard state can be recovered. File/folder references depend on the originals. This version has no backup/restore interface. Keep original data and recovery credentials, and do not remove keys needed by your vault.
Security and updates
Stored history is encrypted and device access is controlled by macOS, but no software can guarantee protection against every attack, capture method or compromised device. Use supported macOS versions and obtain updates from the official channels. Features and requirements can change in later versions; installed versions do not update merely because this page changes.
Availability and export rules
Downloads are currently unavailable in France. Download availability can depend on the country reported by Cloudflare and on applicable restrictions. Do not bypass regional controls. You remain responsible for legal requirements applicable to your use. A digital signature or notarization does not mean Apple endorses the app.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the utility is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free capture or recovery of lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Ending use, third parties and contact
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time; review the privacy policy before removing local data or keys you may still need. Third-party services and open source components have their own terms. Contact the publisher using the email below for support, privacy or copyright matters. Revised terms will be published here with an updated date.
